Refund Policy

Perishable goods such as vegetables, fruits & flowers, cannot be returned. In case our produce has been damaged or has deteriorated (wilted) during shipment, we agree to replace the product that has been paid for at the time of delivery provided that we have additional stock.

Goods once purchased are considered sold at the time of delivery and will not be accepted if returned. It is the obligation of our customer to inspect the produce before taking delivery.
